Shifting migration policies, demographic changes, and evolving industrial demands are reshaping workforce dynamics across North America. At the same time, skills gaps and talent shortages are heightening the need for more coordinated regional approaches to workforce development and labor mobility.

This session will examine how talent pipelines and workforce mobility shapes trade, investment, and economic integration across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Participants will discuss opportunities to strengthen skills alignment, modernize labor pathways, and deepen institutional cooperation under USMCA, ensuring that talent connectivity underpins a more competitive, adaptable, and integrated North American economy.
