  • The NCF 2024 will be held in English, and translation will not be available for attendees.

  • Each attendee will collect their badge at the registration booth.

    Guests will not be allowed to enter the event, panels, dinners and cocktails without a badge, it will be scanned continuously, please wear it at all times

  • We encourage attendees to wear business or business casual attire.

  • Not to people outside of the event, we are working on in-house streaming. The North Capital Forum is an in-person event. However, the sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the NCF’s website.

  • Yes! The NCF24 will be supported by an app. Please download the WHOVA app to your mobile device for a seamless event experience. Upon ticket purchase, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to create your username. It is strongly advised to fill out your profile to fully leverage the app's features. By utilizing the app, attendees can interact with speakers during and outside of panel sessions, arrange meetings with fellow guests, and access the event agenda directly on their phones, among other notable benefits.

Ticket Information

  • Early bird: $675 usd - From May 1st to May 31st

    Full price: $825 usd - Starting June 1st

  • The NCF24 ticket will give you access to:

    • More than 23 panels and conversations
    • Two breakfasts
    • One lunch
    • One seat at the USMF 20th Anniversary Dinner on Wednesday, October 2nd
    • One brunch event on Friday, October 4th
    • One networking cocktail
    • Coffee breaks

    All benefits and functions of the Whova App are available for registered participants, including networking.

    *Please note: Private events will run parallel to the panels and conversations, these meetings are by invitation only.

  • Unfortunately, the NCF has a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Nonetheless, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your tickets to another guest. Please notify us at ncf@usmexicofound.org to initiate the transfer process.

  • The North Capital Forum is an event organized by the U.S. Mexico Foundation, a non-profit organization registered in the United States as a 501c(3).

    When you purchase your ticket, the U.S. - Mexico Foundation will provide you with a receipt of purchase. However, please note that we cannot provide fiscal documents from institutions outside of the United States of America.

    If you require a receipt for your purchase, you can use your confirmation email as a receipt. We appreciate your understanding and support for our organization.

Accommodations

  • Yes. NCF attendees can access preferential rates for the duration of the Forum at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City hotel. Bookings are available through this link

    Alternatively, attendees can also make, modify, or cancel reservations by calling either 800-908-8800 (toll-free) or 55-5283-8787 and referring to the event name.

    All reservations must be made before the deadline of September 20th, 2024. As occupancy with preferred rate is limited, we encourage you to book early to secure your discount.

  • Welcome! Please be aware that, as in any big city, you should be mindful of your surroundings and make sure you know where you are going. You can contact your hotel concierge for recommendations and advice.

    The NCF and USMF hereby disclaim any responsibility or liability for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the course of the event.

Media and Social Media

  • Yes. Certain media members are considered participants of the event and are cordially invited to attend all scheduled panels and conferences.
    Reporters will be present at select sessions to cover and report on the content presented.

    Please note: We cannot give preferential treatment to any media representatives.

  • The NCF will not facilitate any private meetings. However, media personnel and guests are free to initiate conversations with speakers and other guests, we suggest using the app Whova which enables you to communicate with all attendees and schedule meetings.

  • Yes, feel free to take pictures and videos, and share them on social media.

Health Information

  • We will follow Mexico City’s guidelines regarding face masks and tests.

    Please be responsible if you have COVID-19 symptoms, consider taking a COVID test, and follow medical protocols and pandemic etiquette accordingly. Rapid COVID tests will not be available on site.

  • If you suffer an accident, don’t feel well or have a health condition that requires medical attention, please approach any of our staff members.

    Ambulances will be available during the event.

  • If you have any dietary restrictions due to allergies, we kindly request you to inform our staff following the purchase of your ticket. Our team will make every effort to ensure all necessary precautions are taken to facilitate a pleasant and safe event experience for our guests.

    However, we would like to emphasize that we cannot assume any responsibility for any medical conditions that may occur during the course of the event.
