Business leaders, government officials, and industry experts will come together to explore strategies, exchange insights, and identify actionable opportunities to strengthen San Antonio’s role as a North American hub for advanced manufacturing, talent development, and cross-border investment. Discussions will focus on advancing the region’s leadership in automotive and aerospace manufacturing, research and innovation, consumer industry, and sports and entertainment, while leveraging its position on the Austin–Monterrey corridor to deepen regional integration.
This session aims to identify pathways to position San Antonio as an engine of North American competitiveness by driving collaboration in integrated supply chains, talent transfer and university exchange, North American consumer and agricultural operations, and placemaking as an investment strategy. Through partnerships across the public and private sectors, participants will explore how the region, a leading manufacturing city among the fifty largest U.S. metros, can accelerate innovation, attract investment, and strengthen the resilience of the North American region. greater:SATX, the regional economic partnership, leads job creation, business recruitment, and workforce development across an eight-county Greater San Antonio region.
