  • Agustín Coppel

    Agustín Coppel Luken is the second in his family to lead the business founded by his father, Enrique Coppel Tamayo. He studied Marketing at the Monterrey Institute of Technology and has a diverse business career in financial services, biotechnology, energy, and more across Mexico, the United States, and Europe.

    He is actively involved in philanthropy, particularly in education, science, culture, and ecology. He received awards for his contributions, including the Leadership in Education award from Worldfund.

    Along with his wife Isabel, initiated the Isabel and Agustín Coppel Collection of Contemporary Art in 1990. He is engaged in various cultural and artistic endeavors, serving on committees and receiving awards for his patronage. His social impact, professional achievements, and genuine generosity make him an inspirational figure in the business community committed to societal advancement.

  • Jennifer Pierce

    Mrs. Jennifer Pierce holds the positions of Senior Vice President and President at TC Energía. TC Energía, through a network of 2,740 km of natural gas pipelines, either in service or under construction, provides approximately 25% of natural gas in Mexico.

    Before assuming her current role, Mrs. Pierce occupied various executive positions, including responsibilities in business development, commercial management, goods marketing, human resources, communications, and investor relations. She possesses a comprehensive background in the energy sector, covering power generation, oil and gas, and energy transportation. She brings international experience, having collaborated with companies in Canada, the United States, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil.

    Originally from Canada, Mrs. Pierce initiated her career in legislative and public affairs at the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) in Washington, D.C. She pursued her studies in the United States, achieving an MBA from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. Additionally, she holds a Master's in Political Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Boston University.

  • Carlos Gutierrez

    Secretary Gutierrez chaired the Albright Stonebridge Group, a global advisory firm, and served as U.S. Secretary of Commerce from 2005 to 2009 under President George W. Bush.

    In this role, he facilitated economic relationships, enhanced trade, and promoted U.S. exports, playing a pivotal role in passing significant free trade agreements.

    With almost thirty years at Kellogg Company, he became its youngest CEO in 1999 and later Chairman of the Board. Secretary Gutierrez, born in Havana, Cuba, currently sits on the boards of various organizations, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s U.S.-India Business Council and Occidental Petroleum Corporation.

    His impactful career reflects a commitment to global economic collaboration and trade initiatives.
